The _result workbook shows the complete Item, Qty, Unit price, Line total table and all three rows, with no stray values outside the table.

Hands-on practice

Step 1: Keep only the table that must be printed and confirm no unnecessary blank columns sit inside the print range.

Range A1:D4 is selected in full before printing, including the header row and all three data rows.

Step 2: Choose File > Print, select Current sheet or Selected cells as appropriate, then inspect scaling and margins.

The File menu is open with the pointer directly on the Print command.

Step 3: In preview, confirm all columns are visible on the page before printing or saving as PDF.

Print settings shows Selected cells (A1:D4), with all four columns fitting on one page using Fit to width.

Common mistakes and fixes

Correction: return to the exact range and command named in the steps, then compare the live sheet with the Item, Qty, Unit price, Line total source fields.

Independent practice

Add one row with the same schema, repeat the action, verify the new row behaves correctly, then remove it to restore the sample.
