Hands-on practice
Step 1: Select cell A2 containing “Confirm brief”. Confirm the name box shows A2 before using the toolbar.
Step 2: On the toolbar, click Bold to bold A2. Then open Horizontal align and choose Center.
Step 3: Confirm “Confirm brief” is bold and centered in A2. Then undo the two formatting changes to restore the sample.

Correction: verify the name box shows A2, then use the Bold button and Horizontal align menu; do not edit the Task, Owner, Status, or Due source values.
