Hands-on practice
Step 1: Select A2, choose Insert > Comment, and type “@[email protected] Please confirm the brief before editing.” so the intended assignee is explicitly mentioned.
Step 2: In the comment box, enable Assign to you and confirm the assignment checkbox is selected before posting the comment.
Step 3: Click Comment, then reopen the comment on A2 and verify the card shows Assigned to you. Hover the card controls to reveal the checkmark used to resolve the task.
Step 4: Click the Resolve checkmark only after the test workflow is confirmed, then verify the active comment disappears while the cell value Brief remains unchanged.
